Dear Community Members,

KPSNA Convention 2002 Steering Committee takes great pleasure in inviting you and your family to the 2002 CONVENTION of Kadwa Patel Samaj of North America, to be held at Valley Forge Convention Center near the city of Philadelphia from July 4-7, 2002.

We predict this convention to be the largest ever gathering of Kadwa Patel Samaj in the North America. Don't miss this unique opportunity to take part in an event of unprecedented size and reunite with family and friends. Please join us in strengthening our community by sharing your ideas to better serve our community in the years to come. More importantly, let us all come together at the 2002 Convention to support the future of our culture and community - our children.

This convention is packed with exciting activities for all age groups. Just to mention a few: Raas/Garba, Cultural Program, Health Fair, Live entertainment and Trip to Vraj for our elderly members. Agenda detailing these activities will be forwarded to you as we continue to plan for this four-day and three night cultural extravaganza. Please feel free to contact any of the members of the Convention Steering Committee listed on the left with any questions or suggestions you may have.

Additionally, for our youth members, we have reserved a dinner cruise on the Philadelphia Harbor with a DJ for Friday night. Please see attached form for details. The youth committee is working hard to plan the best activities for all youths to make this convention a blast. We encourage all youths to contact the Youth Committee members and become actively involved in making this convention a truly unforgettable experience for everyone.

We hope to see you in July!

With best wishes,

Steering Committee
